A New Generation Polytechnic for a New Nigeria

A new Federal Polytechnic in Abuja with a bold vision — building the technical talent, innovation, and infrastructure that will shape Nigeria's future.

Technology, Skills & Innovation

Our Motto

Our Story

Federal Polytechnic Abuja is a newly established federal institution with an ambitious mandate to be a leading centre for technical education, innovation, skills development, research, entrepreneurship, and human capital development. As a young polytechnic, we have the unique advantage of building everything from the ground up — our curricula, our facilities, our laboratories, and our institutional culture — free from the constraints of legacy systems.

We are on a trajectory of continuous growth and advancement. Our academic, technical, and infrastructural capabilities are being developed and expanded. Modern teaching and learning facilities are being built. Laboratories and workshops are being equipped to industry standards. Digital infrastructure is being deployed to support a productive and enriching student experience. And campus facilities and social amenities are being designed to foster innovation, collaboration, and community.

Our commitment is to provide students and the wider community with quality, relevant, and future-ready education — producing highly skilled, innovative, and technically capable graduates who can contribute meaningably to the socio-economic development of our community and Nigeria as a whole.
